Absolute nightmare; took five and a half hours to modify a hitch they told me would take a half hour. A hitch THEY installed on a new car that rattled so loud it sounded like the engine was about to fall out. There is NO WAY they didn't hear the rattle, in fact the manager mentioned it; but they decided to let the car go anyway. So I had to take the car (brand new Edge we bought from Sil Terhar who owns Aerosuds) from the DTC all the way to Broomfield to get them to fix it. They said it would take a half hour. Five and half hours later they were done....but the car wouldn't start. Had a flight to catch so they gave me a ride home. Car was returned next day with a broken windshield and the trunk closer not working. I fixed the trunk, they fixed the windshield, but still a nightmare. Oh, and they tried to charge me for "modifying" the hitch they couldn't get to stop rattling. You know, the one THEY installed as optional new equipment. Not a good business. At all.
