Revoked my wife's bond after she lost her phone, got a new phone and forgot to give them her new phone number. She had called them to inform them that she was going to go to 2 court appearances. It took 4 days trying to get her bond reinstated before they refused to do so. All this because of an innocent mistake. Not very compassionate or understanding.
