They were at the Bryan Business and Industry show on 3/30. Signed up for free windows and an estimate. They never showed up on the appointed day and time. Got a call a couple days later and set up another appointment for the next day. Never showed. Called to find out what was going on was suppose to call back. That was over 2 weeks ago and no call back. If this is how the treat future customers I do not want to do business with them. Shows how much they care for their customers.

ordered windows ,gave them a hefty down payment. windows were suppose to be here Monday after Thanksgiving,still not here. Keep leaving messages with people who answer the phone .no one returns calls .Can't even get a manager to call me back.This is January 28th 2015

These guys go around door to door offering to enter your name in a drawing for "free windows", which is clearly a ploy to get you on the phone and harass you. Not the kind of people you want to hand over a bunch of money to and then trust to install windows in your home. Steer clear...

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseThese people are nothing but thugs. They come out to give you an estimate and use strong arm tactics to get you to sign a contract to "lock in" your price. Is you cancel a contract within the 3 days they give you to do so they will continue to call and come to your house to harass you to buy their windows. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! as the person above says - their windows cost 3 - 4 times what you can get from another company!
