      Buffalo City Living is my property management company. They manage and maintain my investment property portfolio, which consists of (3) two-unit rental properties. Each of my investment properties required immediate repairs and renovation work at closing. The staff and associates of Buffalo City Living took care of upgrading the roofing, electrical, heating, and plumbing systems in my North Buffalo property. They performed major renovations of my South Buffalo "fixer-upper" by rebuilding structural components, tearing off and rebuilding the roof, replacement windows, electrical, and mechanical systems. My third property in Riverside needed some plumbing work and concrete driveway repair, which was also performed by their in-house maintenance crew. All three properties were quickly brought "up to code" and my leasing agent rented all of my apartments to good tenants who pay their rent on time.

      Do not hesitate - hire them!!!



      I had to get Buffalo City Living to finish what another contractor wouldn't/couldn't do.



      They were in and out and absolutely flawless!!!



      I really wish I had known about this company before I signed with another.
