Delicious food, Excellent service. I was there for a family baby shower recently and the waitress was great, Friendly, and very efficient. The food was delicious. I can't wait to try their fish fry some Friday. Highly recommend this place for showers or just a nice place to eat. GS - Tonawanda ny

Went to this restaurant tonight for the first time. We had heard a lot of nice things about it so we had decided to try it out for dinner. The bar is beautiful, friendly staff, service was very good. Ordered the spaghetti and I have to say I was disappointed. The sauce and the meatball was very tasty but the noodles were like rubber. They tasted like they were warmed in the microwave. I will definitely go back to try the fish fry which the reviews rave about and again to enjoy the atmosphere of the bar.

i have eaten in this tavern since it opened.. a group of us go there after mass on saturday. we have the best time and we LOVE the food. more places should be like this one. very friendly atmosphere and the wait staff is great... try the hot and spicy chicken w/blue cheese dressing great

Chris and Jerry are excellent hosts! The food is tasty and the portions are well sized for the money spent. Couple all this with the ambience of a historic and well designed bar that is packed with Buffalo sports artifacts from past to current and this place is fantasitic. The hosts make you feel welcome and leave you wanting to come back again and again. The chicken wings were delicious and so is the pasta. See you again soon!

i;ve been at this restaurant a number of times for lunch and dinner. i always get great service and the food is great. the fish fry is wonderful and the chicken and spaghetti is delicious. i highly recommend this hidden jewel on van rensselaer street.

I had the pleasure of joining my husband and some of his coworkers here last night. It was a great time.I had a few cocktails and some very good chicken wings for my first visit. The bar is beautiful and stocked with much sports memorabilia.TThe atmosphere was very inviting and the staff were on point!! Definately will return here and recommend this tavern.

The atmosphere is fun, the back room shows how important family is to the owner. Anyone that is at this establishment will feel like family. The food is delicious.
