I rarely write bad reviews, but I have never experience worse customer service, especially from a medical supply company. I received numerous incorrect bills, late or missed oxygen tank deliveries, and incorrect information. Very disappointing, especially when people rely on their services to live.

After being diagnosed with sleep apnea, I chose Respiratory Services of WNY as my DME provider. I originally was going to use a different company, however when I called to see about I mask I wanted to use, I was told they had a limited selection. So, I called Respiratory Services of WNY and was told that not only did they have that mask, they would work with me if that particular mask was a problem. From day one, they have been professional, helpful, very responsive to my questions and needs, and take rapid action if an issue arises. I am very satisfied with my care and confident in my choice. A+ in my book.

My husband got a CPAP machine a year ago from Respiratory Services. This company has customer service as their #1 priority. From the first fitting of the equipment to the billing and to the follow up with replacement supplies, they are a great local company to deal with.
