Contacted this realtor to set up a showing for a rental she had listed in Fountains of McLean. She had it listed as Active in the MLS, but upon answering the phone and hearing my inquiry, she frustratedly said "I already have an application pending on it, that's why it's listed as Application Pending" - and she hung up. Terrible customer service and demeanor. I wouldn't recommend anyone work with this excuse of a real estate agent. And, by the way, she did not have the listing updated, so she was flat out wrong while being rude. I hope her application falls through and the unit sits empty, because she is a failure to her customers and clients.
