Genesis Consolidated Services is a Professional Employer Organization (a PEO partners with its clients to allocate and share employer responsibility and liability) providing human resource management services to an assortment of industries, including technology, professional, distributions, wholesale, commercial contracting, manufacturing and automotive. The company partners with several organizations, including Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Delta Dental and UNUM Provident, to provide businesses with such services as employee benefits programs, legal compliance services, payroll/tax administration, workers compensation, risk management and human resource management. Genesis works with more than 400 clients located primarily in the New England area. The company is a founding and accredited member of the Employer Services Assurance Corporation and also an active member of the National Association of Professional Employer Organization. Genesis Consolidated Services was founded in 1991.
