Everyone there was friendly and accommodating. The car they gave me was clean and almost felt like new. I definitely recommend Cox Toyota.

Provided by YP.comgreat to work with the staff is very friendly and Nate the service guy treats you like you are his only customer. I enjoy the atmosphere at cox Toyota while waiting on my car. The environment is nice and clean. Also the appointment desk is very patient with helping you find the right time for you. The car rental young lady Tangela is great with renting you a car in the times that you may need something to run out of town. There rental vehicles are gas efficiency and fun to drive. Thank you Cox Toyota.

I have been to Cox Toyota of Burlington NC on many occasions.The first time I went there it was because I wanted to buy a car. I had been shopping at other dealers and was told that if I could get the car I wanted for less money than I should go there and get it. So I did not only once but twice ( one for my son. ) The people at Cox don't really seem to be competitive and they clearly abide by the old statistics that if you don't buy a car from them, you should be very weary to have a car not purchased from them serviced by them... At a recent repair, the service manager who was a very deliberately sarcastic and in an inappropriately appeasing unprofessional manner, deliberately charged me for a part I didn't need and service for that part when it didn't even solve the repair. And to find out less than 5 minutes after that the repair was just a fuse completely overlooked and not evaluated, refused to refund me for their mistake and unprofessional inability to diagnose and repair myCar
