Very, very, very poor service. The representative talked a good talk and said they were exceptional because they take time and triple check orders to make sure they're right. My first order was delayed 3 weeks and then when I got it every shelf was 5 inches longer than what I ordered. I gave them another chance and get the shelves I needed but 2 of them were bent beyond repair and they were supposedly just painted Well I have to give the credit because they were so careful when they painted they either missed all the price stickers that were on there or they were so kind that they put them back on. I know it wasn't the shipper because one of the shelves were packed under another and there is no way it was damaged by the carrier. If you want excuse after excuse and aggravation deal with these guys, otherwise go to another seller and pay a little more but get what you ordered.

By far the best in the area. If they do not have it on the floor, give them a day and they will happily find it for you.

This store is a great store for retailers needing gondola shelving, display cases, mannequins, signs, sign holders, gridwall and slatwall products. They have a large amount in stock, and the customer service is very good. I would recommend Flint Store Fixtures to anyone starting a new business, or updating an existing business.
