First they surveyed the chimney before I bought the house. They came on time and made a good assessment (lower price than I would have expected for the work they were doing).



When I scheduled the work it rained (they attempted to move up my date to the day before but I missed the call) so I had to reschedule a week later. The next time they also came on time (a bit early) and got the work done.



Unrelated to the work they were doing they pointed out that the handle for the flu lever (a screw type) was missing. They searched around their truck and went back to their office to try and replace it with no luck. A week later they knocked on the door, un-announced with a new handle they thought might work - it didn't fit so they proceeded to spend the next 20 minutes grinding the shaft down until it did. Fantastic service. I can highly recommend them.
