This place is just fabulous. Our son transferred from a different Bright Horizons but adapted in just days, and is happy to go to daycare. The teachers are amazing and they care genuinely about the kids. Very importantly, in about 2 months, my son has never been sick, unlike in our previous experience and in spite of horrible weather in these past 2 months. Parents receive a timely report of all activities every day by email, with pictures of their loved ones. The Director has just changed and both the old and the new Director are super-nice and professional. The place is expensive, that's true, but it's nice to feel you can afford such quality care for your child. I did look at reviews prior to deciding on this center and was somewhat taken aback by previous reviews, so just wanted to correct the situation and help the decisions of those who are looking at the center these days.

the good: amazing space for kids to play with wide glass windows/great location, very tidy/clean. kids seem happy. the bad: way...overly priced. Not a good feeling of getting what you pay for. Teacher/kids ratios just enough to meet state requirements. Weak snacks. Do not heat up lunch for kids. Teachers not always ready for early morning drop offs. Activities not laid out in early morning to facilitate drop offs. . School missed organizing the once/year apple-picking trip for no reason. Always have problems with correcting tuition balances for no reason. Weak management, needs some work.
