We requested a quote for Ken's Tree Service to cut down a tree and remove everything except the stump. It wasn't clear from the quote we received if this is what they were going to do, so we called the company to confirm. They said they wouldn't be able to haul it away, but they would cut the tree into firewood size pieces instead so we could move them ourselves. Ken cut down the tree and used a chainsaw to cut it into pieces and we paid him the amount we agreed upon. When we went outside to look at the tree, we found that the pieces he cut weighed about 75-100 pounds each. We called him every couple weeks for the next three months for him to come finish the job and each time he said he would be out soon. We finally got to the point where we gave up. If you want someone that is cheap, use Ken's Tree Service, but don't expect them to honor their quote.

I had Ken's Tree Service remove a bunch of dead trees in my back yard. He had the best rates plus his crew cleaned up my yard better than I had expected. We'll be calling him again for any future tree service needs. Bill - Peters Township
