Chicken is cooked well and always fresh, staff seem friendly,but, my KFC favorite is the mashed potatoes and gravy.I had my fiancee ask for two containers of mashed potatoes with a little extra gravy, staff member said the potatoes already come with gravy (well, duh!) and said he would get charged a dollar for extra gravy. Opened both containers and they may have had a half teaspoon or more of gravy in them which is a shame. Either someone there just doesn't care or can eat their potatoes without gravy and expect others to as well or KFC is starting to go down hill like other fast food franchises. Other then that no other complaints and I hope this comment is read and considered for I would like to remain a loyal customer. Thank you
