      Ritchey Metals Company produces zinc casting alloys, hardeners, Galvalume and tin products. The company also develops zinc/aluminum primary brightener and special high-grade zinc. It operates a spectrochemical laboratory for quality control initiatives. Ritchey Metals Company utilizes a spectrograph, atomic-absorption spectrophotometer and two optical emission spectromerters. The company s production batches are tested for alloy content prior to pouring. It produces finished products in reverb and kettle furnaces that create a capacity in excess of 5,000 tons monthly. Ritchey Metals also recycles customer scrap in a 14-foot rotary drum furnace. The company s truck fleet delivers orders throughout the Midwest and Eastern United States. Ritchey Metals Company is headquartered in Hendersonville, Pa.
