Our local Canton MI store is managed, at best, horribly. There are never enough staff. If some is getting their ears pierced the rest of the store waits in line to get cashed out. I waited up to 30 mins. Just awful. Also, the store either has no cash or cannot take credit or gift cards depending on the day and the nice notes they post on their entrance doors. I was charged 3 times my original amount on my credit card and STILL waiting for my refund! BEWARE!
