Terrible. I left my car with the tire indicator light on. explained there was a nail in the driver's front tire. They called an hour later stating my tires were fine. Walked back, while my car was sitting in their lot ...the nail is still in my tire. Poor service. Terrible ....its a tire place. No reason how they missed the nail that I told them was there.

I realize only people with a bad experience submit reviews, but my experience has always been great. I've been going for years, and they take care of me and my car. Never have they pressured me, actually the opposite, they tell me when things can wait.

Made appointment for Sunday at 11am, I show up, they didn`t have me on the books. Really??? Never again!

NTB will rip you off if they can. I went there for new tires and was told I was in "desperate" need of new brake pads and hardware. Since I had a road trip planned for a few days later it was important to get it fixed quickly. Because of this I told them to go ahead with the repair. I asked for the old brake pads back. A few minutes later they called me and said the pads that I so desperately needed to replace weren't as bad as they originally said. Obviously they didn't want to give me the pads back because I would see that they were still in good shape. The next morning I took my car to a place I trust that told me my brakes, pads, hardware and rotors are all fine. NTB was trying to scam me into paying to replace perfectly good brake pads. 

(They actually changed their story after I asked for the brake pads back and tried to get me to pay for an even more expensive repair - new rotors.)

Never use this store! Not only was their service terrible, but they attempted to scam me out of numerous repairs that my car did not need and flat out lied to me about the need for most of them. I also believe that they sold me an alignment that they never performed. Watch out for fraudulent activity! Buyer beware!!!
