      I've been trying to reach a sales person to set up residential trash service for 10 days. I've left messages every day and even left a message for the sales manager. No one ever called me back. How can a sales person be out of the office every day, not listen to voicemail, and not respond to messages or email? I finally caught the sales person today and told him that I have been trying to get in touch and was extremely frustrated. He said, "Well, we're talking now..." No apology, no concern at all. So, thanks MRI for ignoring me. I am now a customer of one of your competitors who, by the way, have much lower prices than you. I guess everything worked out.
