I had been having fuel/power issues for a few weeks and was sure that the carburetor needed work. I had CSL&P pick up my 60" cut Great Dane to fix the problem. Ralph sent me a photo of the elbow, on top of the gas tank, which showed all of the gunk they pulled out of it, that was restricting the gas flow. Saved me a ton. They could easily have charged me a lot more and invented some serious repair but the owners obviously run a very professional business. Thanks a lot guys!!!!! I will be back.

Brought my 1 yr old Yardman snow thrower in for repair. I was told the repair was covered under warranty. I was called two days later stating the snow thrower was fixed, but now would be charged $55.00. I was not called to authorize the charge. I complained that I did everything correctly in terms of maintaining the product. I was told that I should only use BP or Mobile gasoline and not Shell which caused the supposed debris in the carburetter. I do not trust the honesty of this dealer nor would I ever by a Yardman Snow Thrower again!

No one can compare. I had purchased an Ariens lawnmower a couple years ago at a store in Hanover PArk. Unfortunitly that store has since closed. So in May of this year, I had to have my mower serviced. I called Carol Stream Lawn and Power and was told that their service was running approximatly 4-5 weeks and that if I needed a mower to use while mine was in service that they would provide a FREE loaner for 24 hours so that I could get my lawn cut if I needed to. They also explained that they were NOT an Ariens dealer but would order my parts to repair it. As promised my mower was repaired in the time frame that they gave me, I was able to use a loaner when needed, and everyone that I spoke with was more then happy to advise me!!! I highly recommend CAROL STREAM LAWN AND POWER!!!!

I brought my lawnmower in for a tune up early in March. I was told the repairs would take about 4 weeks due to

pre- season backlog. That was fine with me and was assured the mower would be ready by my first need to mow.

They were right on schedule. The service performed was perfect and the mower was returned cleaned and ready to use.

The girls and guys were extremely helpful. I have since returned to purchase a line trimmer. They set it up for me, went over starting and service procedures and processed my warranty papework. I also was told that as part of their marketing program I would receive a post card, early in the year, February to be exact, so that I can continue to bring my lawn equipment in early to avoid the Spring Rush. This store is busy, and I can see why! The service is great and the selection of equipment is beyond imagine.

I brought my snowblower in for repair...I never complain, however I brought it in mid October and was promised the repairs to be done by the 1st week of November - work was completed in December and everytime I called to see if the snowblower was ready they gave me a song and dance...This business has too many customers to worry about me. I was planning on bringing in my lawnmower, however I will take it somewhere else. Staff was extremly rude. Service was horrible.



The only positive is the snowplow does work.



I NEVER complain. However I really feel that I was mistreated.
