I just stayed here last week. I believe you need to remove all carpet and flooring in rooms and put in floors that are good for water and sand. Trim bushes at balconies and clean up all trash in same area. There wasn’t any outlets in the bathroom. Need at least two. Need new bathtubs. They are stained inside too much. New bedspreads. Like soft comforters.. Softer bigger pillows. I wish you could have better parking. At the end of the parking lot you need to put up a mirror so you can see incoming traffic. Make the pathway to the beach wider. It was a quiet place. Friendly workers.

Despite the dirty floors, hard mattresses and rude customer service being that close to the boardwalk and the beach is so good it almost makes it worth it but after checking BNB I found condos for $30-$50 cheaper per night that are way cleaner, way nicer, with updated electronics. Stayed here multiple times but this year will be gladly booking somewhere else online. Can’t have my vacation stay lookin like a trap house.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and cozy and the atmosphere was welcoming and friendly.

Great place to stay on the beach.

ROACHES!!!! Hard mattress, flat pillows, loud squeaky beds, smelled like fish, pot and pans were a joke. Would not give us our money back! AWFUL! We had to find another place to stay last minute couldn't take it ANYMORE! 😡😡😡😡😡

Had a great time, service was great and rooms were well cleaned.

Hard mattresses, flat pillows, dirty floors, and the bathroom skin drains very slowly...it was cheap...you do get what you pay for I know but this was still a rip off
