The most rude staff I have ever come across. Receptionist is horrible.

I would not recommend this facility. My mom was there for 3 months in the dementia unit. The administrators are very likeable and pretty professional. This is the main reason we chose this facility. The facility was clean during our tour and the staff friendly. However, after mom was there for a time it was clear that the staff was inadequately trained and overworked for the care needed in such a unit. I believe that the ratio is 1 care giver for each 8 patients. There are no administrators on site on the weekends and the place stinks and gets pretty dirty on weekends especially. There are no good activities. There is one activities director and there should really be two. The main activity is bingo, coloring and TV. My mom just walked the halls going more and more mad. I heard through the grapevine that she actually got out a few times. My biggest complaint is the lack of communication among staff, family, doctors, and administrators. I was not told about doctors appts, medication changes, or that she had gotten out. the communication really sucks. Things get lost and medications and patients get missed managed. The people are nice, but the care is really lacking. We moved mom out. I would not recommend this facility for my friends or loved ones.

This is a great place to live. My mother loves it here. Great staff, wonderful administrator and marketing director. They just remodeled the inside, so the place is beautiful. Does not smell like other facility I had visited before placing my mother there.

This is a great facility. Outside is not that great but the inside is wonderful. Placed my mother there and she loves it. Staff is great and so is the administrator and marketing director. I would suggest this place to anyone..... We are very satisfied with our chose.
