Aaron Noble is a JERK! We coordinated a date for him to refinish our hardwood floors for MONTHS! At the last moment, he decided to cancel to "take a few days off"! When I texted him the next day and told him that I was unhappy with his decision to cancel after months of emailing, he started attacking me personally. He didn't like what I said. Told me that I had no right to tell him how to run his business, ya da ya da ya. I asked him to stop and he blew my cell phone up. He told me that I could just leave a key outside for him and he could do the floors on his own schedule (despite the fact that we were specific in our timeline requirements). He was going to tell me what HE thought, by God! I have NEVER been treated in such a disparaging way by a business. Arrogant, bully, punk. His father should be concerned about his son's treatment of "potential" customers. I told Aaron that I was going to take the time to help him understand that his UGLY actions are not without consequence. So here we are.
