My beloved, 3 year old, quirky little schnoodle just boarded, for the first time, for 5 days, and with me hovering, obsessing .... so worried. Bronn (& Susan) did everything they could to assure me and to meet "our" special sleeping, dietary, medical, and grooming needs and requests. And those requests were extensive! Catawba County Kennel is a lovely drive from Roanoke and its managers walked on water for us (and they did this w/good humor and patience!). I am so relieved to have found CCK and plan on being a repeat customer. I have already highly recommended them to a dozen people.

I had my dogs groomed by them and they came out beautiful and happy. The people are friendly, love what they are doing.

While visiting relatives I had the opportunity to board my two dogs at Catawba Country Kennel. Having never left my dogs before I was quite nervous about it. My dogs loved it, they were treated just like family. This made for a wonderful experience for them and myself. The staff was very knowledgable and friendly. They were both bathed and groomed to perfection. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

This is a wonderful kennel. Your pet is treated as if it was family. They are well cared for in a friendly, clean and loving atmosphere. Pets that need special requests are accomodated. They are fed and exercised in clean runs indoor and outdoors. It is a safe place to leave your beloved family member

Clean to the max! Animals rotated outside regularly. Special needs no problem. Owners live on property. Great vacation spot for your favorite four legged friend! Grooming also on site.

We have been using Catawba Country Kennels for at least 6 years. They treat ours two Boarder Collie mix dogs lile family. Our dogs love staying there. My two dogs, age 7 and 2, stayed at Catawba Country Kennel for 5 days in August while I visited with friends nearby. The kennels were very clean and air conditioned - a real plus during the summer in Virginia. The staff were friendly and helpful and gave me a guided tour of the kennels and answered all my questions about the care that my dogs would receive during their stay. The dogs appeared to enjoy their stay and I enjoyed my visit knowing that my dogs were well looked after. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this kennel to friends. M Nielson Canada
