B&B is a great shop. They usually have what I need, and if not they are willing to order it. The owner and shop guys are all friendly. I found it was easier sometimes calling them for their questions rather than taking an excess trip up there. (like calling to check if your bike repair is ready)

I was fairly disappointed with my experience here; especially since I had heard that both services and products at this local bicycle shop were superb. When we arrived, we were not greeted nor was our presence even acknowledged. The salesman that helped us (only after walking up to them at the counter and waiting 5 minutes for them to acknowledge my presence) was not friendly; and I don't believe he even wanted to sell us a bike -- which was their loss since we were ready to buy! We will most likely never visit this location again.
