Twice now they have messed up a return and I lost my money. First, they gave me a store credit but when I went to use the card I was told it was empty. Second, they supposedly refunded my cc only I never got any money put back on it. Do not shop here.

Overall a very nice store. However, since Oct 2012 I have not been able to get the Clinique makeup color choice that I want. I have said something to the counter clerk but it falls on deaf ears I think. The Clinique counter is messy and they never have anything new that I want. Wish someone would wake up and do something because Lancome is getting my business as they are always in stock.

THIS STORE IS GREAT! IT IS SMALLER THAN OTHER DILLARD'S BUT STILL A GREAT ADITION TO THIS AREA.
The only disapointment in this store is that it doesn't carry all the lines of clothing that is offered in other area Dillards. The store is clean and a great addition to Cedar Hill. If the patrons keep asking for the more upsacle merchandise perhaps the buyers will see what the buying public expects in our Lifestyle Center.
