Wow. When I went in with a commercial grade plumbing problem this weekend and all the "professional" plumbers were out fishing, Mike in the rental area and another guy in the shop went WAY out of their way to help me make a custom plumbing part ON THE SPOT. I've lived in the area where this Ace for 14 years. They always have been able to help me with everything I've needed all the way from lawn care to shower faucet gaskets. Their garden center is great. I've also used their rental equipment center. I highly recommend them for whatever you might need around your home.

Have spent a couple of hundred bucks on mower tuneups with these guys. Most recent tuneup was in the fall. Mower won't start this spring. I decide it is time for a new mower - and they want $10 to recycle my old one - which is 5 years old. At best, they'll fix and resell it, at worst they'll sell it for parts. Either way it was a gift to them. Maybe they'll learn this isn't how you treat customers if you want to keep them. I hope they enjoy the $10 recycling fee. Its the last money they'll get from me.

This folks really know their stuff and are very helpful. It does not matter if it is Hardware or Gardening, they have those hard to find items.

Big Tool Box has the best screen repair department around. They have quick turn around, reasonable prices and do quality work.
