Established in 1993, Granite Loan Management (GLM) is a full-service construction risk mitigation company, which manages construction-lending portfolios for financial institutions on a national, regional or local basis. It offers various services, such as risk mitigation services, contractor acceptance, project review, national inspector network, fund control management, special asset services, etc. Granite Loan Management acts as the construction operations center, eliminating the need for the financial institution to develop an expensive infrastructure. Its Risk Management System comprises of seven key components, including contractor acceptance and national tracking, project review and recommendation, national inspector network, statutory compliance, national fund control management, roll-over to permanent, and reporting and reconciliation.
