      General Info
      The Centerport Yacht Club is a private club located on the Northport Harbor in Centerport, N.Y. Founded in 1947, the club serves as a location for various boating and social activities. It also hosts a variety of social functions, often with crowds as large as 100 people. Additionally, the club sponsors a full slate of sailboat racing fleets and events during the yachting season. The club's dining room has a menu of also full dinners, or snacks and drinks. As an exclusive club, there is a dress code and standards of behavior that are enforced. The club is a member of the United States Sailing Association. The Centerport Yacht Club is a member-run club.
