These guys are awesome! I have used them for years! I wouldn't dream of calling any other company for my carpet or my upholstery.

Had some pet stains that needed to be removed and also some stains from spilt juice from my kids. Scott came out and cleaned everything up for me and my carpets look like new again. Thanks Scott!

I recently moved into a 6000 sq ft home and I wanted the carpets cleaned all in one day.
Mr chem dry sent out three techs to ensure the job would be done. About 7 hrs later, my carpets never looked so good. I feel safe to walk around bare footed in the home.

I charged the cleaning to my credit card, I was charged by the store, and then 6 days later charged by Home Depot for the same amount. When I saw the charge for Home Depot, I thought someone had stolen my credit card number and so I called the bank and cancelled my card and report the fraudulent charge. After investigation I discovered the charge was from Mr. Chem Dry, as their business is sometimes operated through Home Depot. I called the secretary at Mr. Chem Dry and she said she caught the mistake yesterday, and it will be reimbursed to my account. I asked her why she didn't call me to warn me that there would be a mistake showing on my account, she had no explanation. The next day I was able to reach the Store Manager/owner. He was unapologetic and said that it was my fault I had to cancel my cards because I should have noticed that the charges were for the same amount though a week apart and listed under different companies. I tried calling the corporate offices to inform the manner in which this manager had treated me. I finally was able to speak to someone that said she would call the manager and investigate the matter and call me back. She never called me back. The money was returned 4 days later to my account. I would never recommend this company to anyone, clearly they do not care about their customers.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.The recent heavy rain caused a flood in our living room. We called Mr Chem-Dry They showed up less then an hour later, and were equipped with the manpower and whatever was needed for a quick and efficient work. They came back a couple days later to check and finish the job. Thank you for a courteous, frofessional, and reliable service. We will recommend you highly!!!

Brilliant work - fast, well done, kind workers and overall they made a discount.

Our family will continue to use their services for sure. Hopefully not for this problem again.
