      I bought a washer and dryer from this company. The dryer was making a vibration sound, so I called them. The repairman tried to tell me that it was the element making the noise and was normal. I used to work in a repair place so know that's not true, but he was rude and said it had a good warranty on so run until breaks.
      We used to trade with this company for years, and the customer service sucks big time now. Will not contact them again.

      The service person "Dick" was very helpful. He was not going to be able to help me because of the type of repair I needed but he still gave me phone numbers of other to help me and he also gave me a number for a recall of my product.Very Helpful
