      Kostas does outstanding work. I had a new heating/AC system installed in my house. He provided a great bid, and did not try to up-sell me. The installation was flawless and his service calls afterwards were excellent.

      Kostas installed 2 air conditioning units on dual zone property. His work is very professional. The biggest thing is that he is honest, upfront and transparent about everything. Other guys I got estimates for was charging 2 or 3 times more andalso pushing me to get more things replaced than i needed to. Kostas explained to the process and the other possible cost if i need to change other components. At the end of the day nothing additional was required. I got everything up and running for a very nominal cost. I like working with independent contractors who do great job and are expert in there field rather than working with big name companies that send some random guy to do the work for 3 times the cost. I think I found my guy for AC/heating so also signed him up for service contract.
