      Not very customer service oriented. Never know when they will be open or closed through the week. Tried to use them through the week and it was closed, no notice on the door. Tried calling and could never get to voicemail. Found them to overcharge on products.

      UPS From Good to Tne Worst

      UPS untill recient times was very good for shipping; it was quite the option for faster shipping Having a business and dependent on regular timely shippments is a problem now in the last month. One small street, one business and it seems as though it is an excuse to delay shippment. Missing one is ok, humans make mistakes; but, to repeat and delay in a mannor to be costly is not. I have started now using the United States Postal service less costly, quicker and no problems with delivery. Simply a negative 10 out of 10. Wayne Ott
