I wanted to get a marine bronze nameplate engraved, and 4 prior places told me it couldn't be done at (break their cutter, don't have to tools for that...) or they couldn't fit the text I wanted. I found award crafters online, and not only did they meet my expectations the exceeded them by far. The staff was kind, courteous, and professional and did a stellar job with the custom engraving. If I ever need anything else engraved I plan to come to them.
