      Called to have a truck towed at 9am- told them we need the truck to be picked up at 1pm from location and towed to our yard. 1st truck they sent didn't arrive till about 2:45pm, left loading our truck for another "emergency" job, no one called to tell me from interstate, I didn't find out till the business where my truck is sitting called to tell me, they moved on to the next job, without completing mine or even calling me" the customer". How unprofessional and disrespectful to a customer.... Sorry you didn't feel my need wasn't "important" enough for you!
