      Great Art!

      The new Bechtler Museum is a great place for modern European art from the 20th Century.


      See and learn more about the Bechtler Museum and the "new" Cultural Campus in Uptown as well as over 75 sites on Charlotte's Longest-Running Daily City Tour presented by Queen City Tours and Travel!

      Hans Bechtler credited his brother Walter for leading the way to the family’s interest in modern art. In 1950 the brothers began to visit the Kunsthaus museum in Zurich.
