      Briar Creek Health Center is an integral part of The Barclay at SouthPark. Should your needs change and you begin to require assistance with your activities of daily living, our assisted living services allow you to have your needs met while you continue to lead a rather active lifestyle. The Barclay’s memory support services enable you and your neighbors to live in a safe, comfortable environment while staff keeps you engaged in life, even as your needs and abilities change. The rehabilitation and skilled nursing areas of Briar Creek Health Center provide accommodations to address needs that arise from unforeseen health-related circumstances. Should you need a longer-term solution, Briar Creek’s skilled nursing services provide ongoing attention from registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants, all under the supervision of a medical doctor who serves as the community’s medical director.
