I would not even give them one star. I needed a refund because I had transportation problems. I followed what the contract told me to do for a refund. Not only did I not receive a refund, they are still taking money out of my account. They refuse to even return my phone calls. I am a widow of 6 children. I think that it is awful how they are treating me and who knows how many others.
