I do not recommend this company to anyone. The office staff is so rude and they are allowed to get away with it. You cannot reach your therapist it is almost impossible. As soon as my CPAP machine is paid up I am moving to another company. If you call another office to try and speak to a supervisor you get a run around. My opinion is this company should not be dealing with patient's at all and I am extremely unhappy.

This company does not communicate at all and sends threatening letters without even contacting the patient to satisfy the issue. They claim to have tried to contact but this is a false statement. I do not recommend!

Not an easy to work with group. They do not give you accurate information, are slow to provide information to your insurance company. The people you call seem not well informed. Their office location is just awful. If you can--go with someone else!
