      CM's facilities can provide precision cutting, machining, joining and forming with full assembly and kitting services available. Precision Machining The ability to conduct precision CNC milling sets CM apart from its manufacturing competition. Cutting & Forming Utilizing our large bed CNC plasma cutter, shear, and brakes, CM can provide parts of intricate architectures while maintaining the necessary tolerances. Metal Joining CM offers customized metal joining methods in our own local shop, including GTAW (Tig), Pulse Arc GMAW (Mig), SMAW (Stick), Brazing, Stud and Resistance Welding. We also have two welding robots for applications which demand high accuracy and repeat-ability. Through our partners, we are able to provide Laser Welding, Friction Stir Welding, and Vacuum Dip Brazing. Assembly At our Charlottesville facility, CM offers services ranging from parts kitting and partial assembly to the full assembly of our customers' products.
