Looking for "feedback," we wanted to compliment Ms. Tiffany Wood at the Charlottesville Lowes blinds department on her very courteous and helpful attention to our needs, care of our order and requests regarding color, size and characteristics, including even a reorder of a custom request that came in with a different color than we had requested.

Clearly the majority of the workers at this store are happy and friendly; however, during my last (and it will be my last) visit to the store, I had the pleasure to deal with some very unfriendly and what I perceived as rude workers who were not willing to help me with a return. P.S. Stay away from the plumbing section.
