Terrible experience! Mediocre furniture! Furniture that falls apart after two months of use! Delivery guy with an attitude. Overall big disappointment and a waste of money.

TERRIBLE SERVICE

The service and staff is terrible. They take your order and never deliver as promised. I never write reviews but i am taking the time to do this because of the bad attitude they have and this is not fair to customers. Many furniture shop out there that sell just as good stuff and treat you well. I think stuck up with the word to describe the service. They feel they are doing you a favor by allowing you to shop there. I learned the hard way about them. Don’t make my mistake. I wish i had read these reviews before.

Furniture Barn Inc. stands behind our 40+ year reputation of providing customers with the best quality, value & service. The merchandise that was claimed as "damaged", was in fact a floor sample, sold as-is on clearance for a reduced price. The consumer was aware of this and signed a contract stating that he was purchasing a floor sample. Furniture Barn had offered in good faith to go above and beyond what we were required to do when a consumer purchases off-price clearance merchandise, but this consumer has chosen to let the court decide.The claims of "damage", "convicing him to fix it" and having to "chase them down to find out when my furniture would be delivered" are untrue.

The selection is great, and I had good experiences in the past, but they do not stand behind their furniture guarantee. Furniture that falls apart with light use after a few months is referred to as normal wear and tear so beware. The customer service was good only until the sale was completed; when furniture began to fall apart, I had called several times, but customer service was entirely uncooperative even at the highest levels.
