I called CARI around my lunch time for a same-day appointment and I got 2-4 pm window so I left the office and headed home. I dont live too far from my work.

I had an issue with my Kitchen-Aid Refrigerator not cooling properly.

A tech showed up his name was Nor (not sure about spelling?) at 2 pm on the money,

took about an hour start to finish from diagnosis to repair. I am not sure what he did but it sure

worked like a new before he left. Highly recommended for promptness and quality craftsmanship.
