Horrific is an understatement!! We came home to dirty floors covered in debris and footprints, broken glass in our bathroom, a broken ring holder, spilled alcohol, a chunk of hair on our bed, our oven is covered in chemicals and started smoking today, plus more. The company was not sympathetic and will not offer a refund although I sent them details and photos. They did offer to send out another cleaner but I would never have one of their cleaners in my house ever again! The company also sent a few photos from the cleaner trying to make it seemed like he cleaned more than a few things. I have spent over 4 hours cleaning his messes and will now have to pay to fix the things he broke. I have never had this bad of an experience with any type of company - stay far away!!!!
