I had came in an got cologne as a gift an I was wanting to try an use a coupon an I went up to a lady an she completely blew me off saying she couldnt help me that she was only working on her drawer. I asked her if she could help me out with the coupon...just give me info if it would qualify and she has the nerve to throw her hand up at me and wave me away telling me "No no no no im only doing this!" RUDEST woman Ive ever met in retail. I work in JCPenney an NEVER do our employees treat someone that way. I have plenty of customers come in bashing Belk an how horrible the workers are there. If only I had gotten this womans name. If she cant handle customers then she dont need to be in retail. Get out. Seriously the rudest woman ever. Be fired please an do the customers a favor.
