Don’t waste your time coming here..ignorance is bliss we were a little confused about replacing a windshield so we bought one from a junk yard and called for a quote to get windshield installed, whoever answered said they don’t usually do installments they like to cut their own glass but said they can do it with no warranties since it’s not ours, ok so the installation was $196 we paid $75 for the windshield, drop the car off Monday, never got a call about car on Monday and with weather so we figured maybe they were closed, no call Tuesday so after lunch time Tuesday we called and was informed they installed the windshield and it cracked, stilled charged us for installation and basically said good luck you can pay an extra $140 for us to cut our own glass, so here we are in the winter with a cracked glass that could crack all the way across at any point. So don’t waste your time or money with this company.

The estimate was $30 more then other prices that I have come across in another part of Virginia and the estimate was of by an additional $10. Thanks Nancy

I went to Precision Glass recently to get large sheets of acrylic to make picture frames out of and I had a wonderful experience. They had better pricing and better customer service than the other glass place I went to in Christiansburg! Would definitely use them again in the future!

I spent several months attempting to get Precision Glass to repair a window in my house. On multiple occasions I was promised that I'd be called back with appointment times, which never happened. My final call to Precision Glass yielded nothing but an employee giving me a lecture about "priorities." It seems that my business is not a priority for Precision Glass; I only wish I'd been told this initially instead of having so much of my time wasted. I can't comment on the shop's work because the work was never done, but their customer service is inexcusably poor.

The staff is always so courteous!!! Pleasant experience!! The technicians definitely do a great job of cleaning up the glass
