Maybe it's just me, but some of the ladies here are rude! One lady in particular kept me waiting for over 10 minutes in the drive-thru. She then decided to serve 2 other customers while she made another teller do my transaction. That particular teller (whom I've encountered multiple times) is always rude and curt. Never smiles, always answers back in a condescending manner. In the end both ladies never apologized for the unnecessary long wait. This location also did my deposits wrong TWICE in the past. I actually was the one that drove back to tell them their mistake. That particular lady giggled to her co-worker but never apologized or acknowledged her mistake. I noticed there is a high turnover rate in bank tellers at this Cburg location.
