Worst experience of my life! I ordered 2 couches. I asked about the return policy to be sure I could get a refund if the couch was not as expected. The salesman lied about their return policy and said there was a no hassle policy and that I could get my money back. The store manager refused to refund my money. A woman actually pretended to be their corporate Customer Service Manager when she was in fact another store manager. No one would give the corporate number. The problem was that due to the ceiling height at the front door the couch could not stand up and be pushed down the hall as anticipated. There are no descriptions on the furniture tags or dimensions given. They gave a choice of an additional fee of $200 to send someone special to deliver the couch after I already paid $100 for delivery, pick a different couch entirely, or leave the couch sitting outside. None of which is acceptable. They absolutely would not refund my money which I foolishly paid in cash.
