Good Tidings was very thorough. Both air conditioning systems were checked up to par. Satisfied with our service and feeling grateful for the service provided. The overall experience was outstanding.

You can count on Good Tidings for dependable, experienced and professional service. I used their services on 2 occasions. Both times, they showed up on time and ready to get the job done. They are very tidy, always cover the entry way with a mat and wipe their feet to avoid tracking dirt through my home. The service specialists are kind and professional with great communication skills. They clearly explain the service being performed and service options available. The service specialists are also very efficient. They get the job done on schedule, with no problem and stand by their work. This company is A+ and I will gladly recommend them to anyone!
They were fast and reliable. I called late one evening the hot water heater was leaking and starting to ruin our hardwood floors. The technician arrived and with in moments had the details and cost of the replacement hot water heater once we approved the work he had the hot water heater right on the truck before midnight we were all set like nothing ever happened. Professional, clean and fast I couldn't ask for better.
After providing my credit card information and signing up with this company for repair of our heater, the company refused to answer any of my phone calls. They took my money and disappeared.
Had my AC go out one night on a holiday and left a message with them. They called back first thing the following morning and had a guy show up at my house by 9am. They did try to get a CC from me over the phone and pay some $30 booking fee. When I said thanks but no thanks and I will try someone else, they did me a "favor" and waived the fee.
This made me a little apprehensive but I was very happy with the person that showed up. He was pleasant and knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. I am one of those annoying people that like to watch other do stuff like this so I can steal a little knowledge. But he was not bothered by it at all and took the time to answer my questions.
They charged about $80 to diagnose. I had them do the repairs right away and he had everything he needed with him in his box truck which was impressive since many places do NOT have any parts with them. They were not cheap but I had my AC back but noon so you get what you pay for.
I would definitely recommend them but would warn about that booking fee (which is why they get only 4 of 5 stars).
