Today the veterans cab company was sitting in a handicap parking space in front of the oncology and pain management offices on Weatherly Drive for a long amount of time with driver in car. There are many sick handicap people going into these two offices and parking is very limited. Driver could have parked across street at VA or another area to free up the space. No handicap sticker or tag was visible! Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

Why don't the city make them repair and maintain their cabs!!! Not safe at all,it's only a matter of time before something bad happens.

Horrible experience with this taxi service! They told me they could pick me up between 0450-0500 so I could get to the airport around 0600 for a 0700 flight, and at 0532 the driver still wasn't even through the gate. They severely overestimated their capabilities and this caused me to miss my flight and spend all day at the airport trying to get on another flight (unsuccessfully). I had agreed to pay $100 and emphasized that I needed them to get me NLT 0500 in order for me to make my flight/use their services. I can understand maybe a 5-10 min difference...but 30-40 min?! I've had the worst travel day today because of them and wish they had just told me up front that they couldn't meet my travel requirements so I could have made other arrangements.

I HIGHLY RECOMMENT -VETERANS CAB TO everyone who will need a Taxi. Price is outstanding good , friendly driver ,always on time. I used VETERANS CAB several times and I am always very satisfied . Thank you so much for outstanding service .EVA TUCKER

Regardless of what it says above Veterans Cab Company is open 24 hours 7 days a week. I am a driver for Veteran's Cab for 5 yrs. We only accept cash for payment.

I called this company that because it is 2.3 away from me. I was shocked when the person told me that he doesn't know my location and really didn't want to have someone pick me up.I told him that I was 3 minutes from the company. I would walk home, but the bypass is dangerous at 1am.He was rude.Unbeleiveable behavior. I called back in less than 2 minutes to cancel. He acted like he didn't care and was glad I cancelled.. Really?? Is this how we do business.

not a good experience. cab was dirty & they charged me more when i got to my destination than what was previously discussed.The dispatcher was rude too. i do not recommend them

Charged me $24 to go 2.9 miles. They said that's the rate in that zone. I was at gateway medical center on Dunlop.

Veteran cab is in Clarksville I live in cumberland city I used veteran cab ever time I need a cab I call them and they don't take long get to me it be 5.00 r 15.00 doller run

I've used Veterans over 20-30 times due to the fact that i live in the area where they serve most. My experience with them is poor. The dispatchers are not very nice. They hang up on you quickly. the cars smell all of smoke. except one. they use coarse language. and the interior of the cabs are dirty... sometimes i was afraid to even touch the seat belts. i go back and forth to one spot everytime. and everytime it is a different fare price. i have been forgotten on two occasions standing waiting over 2 hours at krogers twiice. had to dispatcher to curse me as well. very unpleasant. please find another cab service to use. you will not be happy with veterans.

I have used veterans cab for many years and have never had any problems. I've always had a clean nice car to ride in with very hard working respectable drivers the owner and staff do a very good job and I've never had any problem with them at all. Keep up the good work veterans cab. After all 60 + years serving clarksville is a long time. 5 star rating

They didn't over charge you. It's not from your house. It distance from cab office to where they have to pick you up and carry to the your destination. Most people don't understand that. The gas and time and plus they have to make a profit. Some days a driver will make less then $30 dollars for 12 hours of work. They don't get pay by the hour. I know because I use to drive a cab,it is not easy as some people think,. more mental then physical. Also they will charge for wait time. I forget what fee is it has been a while. I believe that it is the right fee. A person can tie up a cab for a while and that costs time and money and they have to charge.

Over changes me $12 for right down the street there place is .02miles away an they want $12 for ride and then 5 to stop hell no can't hobble srvice I think they are all crackheads run-in after a high can't stand them

Over charged and very unclean cab. Charged $22 for a three mile drive and waited 20 min. for ride.
