Poor Repair Work

I took my car into AutoNation Collision after I was rear-ended because the car was only 4 months old and I thought I would be safe with the dealership. Boy was I wrong! The paint on the rear bumper is peeling off. I took it back and they are telling me it's not covered under workmanship warranty because they believe I was hit again. Even if I had gotten bumped in a parking lot (which I didn't) the paint should not be peeling off. I can see the black part of the bumper. Even the insurance company is disagreeing with them but they do not care. They are not honoring their workmanship.

These guys are TERRIFIC!!!!!!!!! Have brought my Honda there several times. Excellent repairs/paint job. Very professional and helpful with info on rentals etc. They had a rental there waiting for me...also just dropped it off and rental company picked up at Collision Center.

stay away from this dealership. they use fraudulant sales tactics, lies, misinformation, wrong vin numbers in the sales of there cars. they also are known for not honoring there warranties, for trying to sell empoyees cars that are bad in cover-up scams, and also if they tell you that you need extra warranty in order to get bank loan....dont believe them, its against the law to fraudulantly do these things.........go to a dealership that will treat you right and like they would want you to come back for repete business. if you do have trouble with this dealership, call or go on line to the attorney generals office of florida, the federal trade commision, better business bueara of pinellas park florida, consumers affairs advocates, and the department of motor vehicles tallahasse florida. all have web sites with complaint forms and will help.
